"After spending a lot of time researching ergonomic chairs, I finally chose the Pelicanwork Model 11, and it has been a very good purchase for my home office. The chair feels premium from the moment you assemble it, with excellent build quality and a very sturdy frame. The Donati synchro mechanism gives the recline a smooth, natural feel, and the adjustable lumbar support, seat depth, and 3D armrests make it easy to dial in a comfortable sitting position. I spend 8–10 hours a day at my desk, and the difference in comfort compared to my previous chair is significant. The seat cushion remains comfortable even during long work sessions, and the breathable mesh back keeps me cool. The chair encourages better posture without feeling rigid or uncomfortable. If I had to point out one area for improvement, I'd say the armrests could be slightly longer for even better elbow support."

Support from pelicanworks team is quick and resolved my queries. If I need to nitpick something, arm supporters are slightly wobbling but that's it. Donati tilt mechanism is so good."

"The chair is very comfortable and well designed for extended use. The seat cushioning is excellent and provides a relaxing sitting experience, even during long working hours. The height adjustment offers a wide range, making it suitable for users of different heights. Since this was Pelican’s first chair and it has been on the market for quite some time, I was expecting a few refinements by now. The armrests, for example, could be slightly longer to provide better elbow support. The backrest also deserves praise. It has enough flex when you stretch, so you never feel restricted by the chair’s movement. However, if you want to remain in a reclined or stretched position for a while, the shorter armrests become noticeable and make the posture less comfortable. It’s making some rattling sound as well. Could be the mechanical part as I don’t see anything loose on the outside."

"A great solid chair. Model 11 is a premium chair with a solid build quality and various adjustments. The seat cushion is super comfortable, the backrest and its mesh is lovely. Love the fact that the arm rest slides out which gives ample room to seat with legs folded. Also the lumbar support helps with posture too. That being said, wish the arm rest was mounted better - hence 1 star reduction. Properly tighten and it stops sliding."
