"I also believe the chair should include a headrest as standard. Most competitors offer one at this price point, and while Pelican may be providing it as an optional accessory to suit corporate buyers, it doesn’t make much sense for individual customers purchasing a premium chair. The headrest itself is well made, comfortable, and uses quality materials. However, it has a slight wobble, which feels out of place on a chair with otherwise premium craftsmanship."
