"Thank you Pelicanwork. The delivery was perfect, and the product came very well packed and protected. The chair is as advertised and well made. It is easy to fix it but could be easier if an installation manual is included. The lumbar support is spot on. Would have preferred matte black or black chrome arm rests. The seat adjustments are perfect; I would have preferred the height adjustment to be a little taller. I weigh 100 kilos, and the chair is sturdy and supports me well. The head rest is sleek yet supportive. The hard floor option wheels are very smooth. Definitely the seat base could go up by at least a couple of inches. And I am only 5'8" and my knees are parallel to the ground at max seat height."

"An excellent find. I use the model 54 for my home office purpose. The chair is built solid and the fit and finish are superb. The seat mechanism and moving parts have a reassuring feel akin to the fit and feel of a German car. I have given 4 stars only because I would have liked the seat max height to go up atleast by another 2 inches. I am 5'8" and at max height my knees are level to the floor. A small suggestion is to include installation instructions in the box though fitting the chair is pretty simple and straight forward. Kudos to the team at Pelicanwork. Excellent customer care, packaging and prompt shipment. A very happy purchase experience. Wishing you all the very best team Pelicanwork."
