"The Model 11 chair is just solid and does its job well. Installation of the chair is very easy and there are no squeaky noises as of now. Support from pelicanworks team is quick and resolved my queries. If I need to nitpick something, arm supporters are slightly wobbling but that's it. Donati tilt mechanism is so good."

The height adjustment offers a wide range, making it suitable for users of different heights. Since this was Pelican’s first chair and it has been on the market for quite some time, I was expecting a few refinements by now. The armrests, for example, could be slightly longer to provide better elbow support. The backrest also deserves praise. It has enough flex when you stretch, so you never feel restricted by the chair’s movement. However, if you want to remain in a reclined or stretched position for a while, the shorter armrests become noticeable and make the posture less comfortable. It’s making some rattling sound as well. Could be the mechanical part as I don’t see anything loose on the outside."

"A great solid chair. Model 11 is a premium chair with a solid build quality and various adjustments. The seat cushion is super comfortable, the backrest and its mesh is lovely. Love the fact that the arm rest slides out which gives ample room to seat with legs folded. Also the lumbar support helps with posture too. That being said, wish the arm rest was mounted better - hence 1 star reduction. Properly tighten and it stops sliding."
