We offer free shipping in Bangalore. For rest of the country its a minimal charge based on the delivery location. Please check the shipping charge at checkout.
We ship pan-India. Some exceptions may occur in rural areas inaccessible to our delivery partners.

Product arrival times can vary with stock availability and product itself, but we expect to deliver your product within 1-2 days for Bangalore & 3-4 days for rest of India.

When your order arrives, you can expect multiple boxes left on your doorstep depending on the number of seats you have. Every seat, pair of arms, and ottoman comes in its own box. Our boxes have handles for convenient moving. Our assembly is tool-free and everything you need is inside the boxes.
To make changes to your shipping address after ordering, make sure to contact our Customer Happiness Team before it is shipped. For Bangalore orders, yes you can. Contact our customer support for the same.
For other locations, though we cannot schedule your delivery on a specific date, we can delay your order until you are ready for it to arrive. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, all the Pelicanwork prodcuts are lift ans stairway friendly.
Discounts
Pelicanwork have a fixed discount between 7-10% which is the maximum discount company offers. There are no other discounts.
These introductory discounts will be taken away in due time as we are a transparent brand, and would like to offer one cleat price with associated costs to all customers.
Returns & Refunds
Product would be eligible for return or replacement only for 15 days from the date of delivery. Choosing the right product can be tricky, which is why we offer a 15-day risk-free trial. We want you to be confident in your decision, so use these 15 days, binge watch all your favourites, or read into the morning. If for whatever reason, the product doesn’t fit your needs, we will take it back for free. Simply keep all the boxes it shipped in.
Returns are free if they are initiated within your 15-day risk-free trial, and are done in the original packaging your order came in. The boxes our product items are shipped in are specially designed for ease of shipping and the safety of our products in transit. This is why we require said items to be returned in their original packaging. If either or both conditions are not met, a return may be refused, or a return fee will be applied.
Note: The return fee is 15% of the value of your order or higher depending on the product condition and would be evaluated on case to case basis. Should you need to have return boxes sent to you, or have any questions about the return fees, please contact our customer care.

Once we receive the product, our Quality Assurance Team will inspect it to ensure there is no customer-caused damages or modifications. From then, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
For returns, customers need to print the shipping labels that are required for our logistics partner. This is mandatory as our products are shipped in multiple boxes, and logistics partners are not able to distinguish between separate boxes without these labels. Since these labels are generated after a return initiation, customers need to print them.
Keeping the original boxes is required for all returns. Keeping your boxes also make moving in the future a lot easier! We cannot accept returns in non-Pelicanwork boxes. If you do not have them, please reach out to us at 18008330046 or write us at info@pelicanwork.comso we can assist you.
Warranty
Yes! We offer a 5-year limited warranty on all of our products.
Our warranty covers all defective parts not related to consumer-caused damage or modifications. Please note that we will send you the defective parts only: the warranty is not an exchange of the whole product.

While all our products come with a 5-year limited warranty, note that certain actions can void the warranty coverage. The warranty will be considered void if any of the following conditions are met:
- Consumer-Caused Damage: If the module is damaged due to consumer-caused accidents, mishandling, improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or using the modules in unintended ways, such as not securing the seat module with the arms provided, the warranty coverage will be void. Please follow the provided assembly instructions and care guidelines to maintain warranty eligibility.
- Modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the module, including but not limited to structural changes, upholstery modifications, or the use of non-Pelicanwork parts, will void the warranty.

Right now, we don't offer taller cylinders or the option to purchase glides or roller-blade style wheels direct, but you are always welcome to source these separately if you so choose.
The casters we use for our chairs have a universal 7/16" diameter stem, so most replacements found on third-party sites will be suitable for use with our chairs.
Similarly, we use an industry-standard taper fit for our cylinders, mechanisms, and bases, so any replacement with standard dimensions should work just fine.
*Please note that if you decide to replace any of your components with those of a third party, your warranty will be voided.
Assembly
All of our assembly guides can be found in our assembly guide section of products. We will also send a soft copy to you when we deliver the product.
Yes, but on request only. All Pelicanwork products are designed to be self assembled easily and we request all customers to self assemble if they can.

The overall assembly time for chair takes around 15 minutes.
No, all tools and hardware will be included in your boxes.
While it is possible to do it alone, we suggest you assemble your Pelicanwork product with someone: it’s easier, faster, and much more fun.

We always offer our best pricing thanks to our direct-to-consumer business model, low inventory model and own manufacturing. We do offer 5-7% off during holidays, watch out for them.
