"First, it is super easy to assemble. It only takes 4 bolts for the backrest and 4 bolts for both armrests, and the rest is a simple slide & click - you’ll have it ready in minutes without any hassle. Second, the back support is superb. The lower back support is fully adjustable up & down as well as forward & backward, which feels great, but the whole backrest height is adjustable too. This is what I liked the most because you can line up the support perfectly with your spine. Third, the armrest positioning is top-notch with full 4D adjustment for every arm position you could need. And of course, the seat comfort ties it all together for long work hours. Delivery experience wasn't great 🥲 so I'll skip that part, but you guys in support team are super helpful."

"Delivered without the instructions but the support came on video call to helps which was great. The bug problem is the additional headrest feels like an after thought, here is no way to adjust well back enough that you can lean back without stressing your neck. That coupled with a soft cushion and back net causes discomfort and pain during long sitting. mentioned the same during feedback call but never got a call back."
